  We have loved DuClaw over the years as one of the more unique restaurants in Bowie. However, today the service was essentially not present. After 20 minutes with 3 kids we hadn't had our drink orders taken yet. After finishing appetizers and waiting 10 more minutes I decided to check on the drinks and they weren't even on the way yet. The ordering and delivering of the food was not any faster. All told, it took 2 hours to order and eat gyros and burgers at a quiet place. Really disappointed that the other reviews that report that this place has dove down into the dumps are true. The food was good, we just had to work for it.

  When we first moved into the area this place had great food and a great beer selection. The service has always been hit or miss but it used to be a bit better than now. When the brewery decided to dump all the taphouse locations except for Arundel Mills it went way down hill. They are often out of beers on the tap list which is now truncated and has mix of Duclaw beers and beers from other breweries. The food is still okay but nothing fantastic and some great menu options from before have fallen off. If you want some Duclaw beer pick some up at the store or go to the Arundel Mills location.
