  Worst experience ever. I wish I could give this place no stars. Manager is rude and does not care about customer service whatsoever. Pizza apparently wasn't in the system, when called manager was rude and blamed it on me (even though they give me my total for my order and everything). She (her name is Erica) stated that she would put the order in - but at this point it was 2 hours late. No apologies, no compensation. Very unprofessional, and one of the worst managers I've ever had the experience of talking to. 0 stars goes to this place. Will never order from here ever again.

  Worst place ever. Slow as hell. Bring food with no plates. Plates arrive 20 minutes later. No drinks until after food delivered. Never ever enough staff. Simply horrible!

  Been here for 30+ minutes. My fathers wing flavor were messed up the first time. Then the size was wrong. My mother also hasn't even gotten her pasta yet, and our breadsticks we ordered as appetizers haven't even arrived yet either. We are from out of town and just wanted some food before we came but this service was terrible.

  Had no problems with my pickup. Was a few minutes late to be ready but not by much. Lady at the counter was nice enough.
