- 1 / 5By Angela PanCatering review - used to be great about a year ago and I used them at least 3-5 times a month. Recently, their food quality and especially DELIVERY has gone way downhill. I had an order for catering delivered 2 HOURS late. It was cold and absolutely so unprofessional. This happened twice - the second time the location for delivery was around the corner. I get that things happen, but they did not update me at all on what was going on or give me an ETA when it was already late. I had to call them 5 times.
There were no apologies offered and attempts to contact the regional and general manager were not returned. It made me look unprofessional to my clients on my part since not only was the food late, but I had to spend the time I would of with the client chasing the Ruby Tuesday order down!February 03, 2017
