  21 minutes in the drive thru line is unacceptable!
  If you get someone's order wrong, ask them to pull ahead, out of the line and into a parking space and have a staff member bring them the drink. Its ridiculous for the rest of the line to sit & wait. Same with these phone apps, if it doesn't work they need to come in or pay a different way. That shouldn't hold up the line. The drive thru is for expediency. My drink wasn't even hot after waiting so long

  This is their idea of a doppio espresso!!! People that drink straight espresso don't want plastic mugs or gigantic mugs to drink their coffee. This is after I ask for a for-here mug twice!! Terrible.

  A great place to hang out and just catch up with family or friends. Friendly kids place with multiple stores to window shop at. Very clean environment , you will absolutely not see any trash laying on the ground randomly. Over all I would come back again.
