  Our server Michael was awesome, given the circumstances. Unfortunately tickets were mixed up in the kitchen and we didn't receive our food in its entirety. Our table of 9, meals were pieced together and some items were never received. In the past when my family have visited this particular location, dining experience was much better. After tonight's experience I don't think We will ever return to Texas Roadhouse in Bowie. Extremely low in customer service, although Michael did his best.

  Just dropped in for the second time in life to sit at the bar and have a drink. Neta, the bartender/server told me it was Wild West Wednesdays. Steal, 8oz. steak, two sides under $10, and great personality to go with the discounted happy hour drinks, I loved it.

  This is my first time going there. My waiter was Colt. I was told the wait time was going to be 10 to 20 minutes and it was significantly shorter. I do not know how long I waited but I know for a fact it was not 10 minutes! Although we did come a bit late, the waiting room was very crowded and for some reason or wait time was very short and I think some other people should have gone before us but I think everyone else had large groups. The food was good. Colt made sure our steaks were cooked to Perfection before he left. He had a good sense of humor and was knowledgeable about the menu. The only thing I did not like about this restaurant was the butter for the rolls. I love cinnamon but for some reason that but I did not go with those rolls. The rolls themselves were actually really good! I would recommend this place!
