My wife and I frequent this location weekly. However, lately we have noticed a downturn in quality of service and cleanliness. There where fruit nats everywhere. They need to move the fruit to the back and clean. Additionally, my wife gets her food and the egg was nothing but mush. To finish off the experience there was tons of dust coated on the light fixture hanging in our booth. Management needs to step up and ensure that the restaurant maintains the cleanliness and quality of food that is expected form Panera.
